Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate and love our new kitchen.

We talked with several contractors and left messages at others, as well as filled out a form online for local contractors. Also checked out websites and was very impressed from the start with your Matco website. I had numbers listed to start calling, and was very surprised to get a call from John the day before I planned to call your firm. His enthusiasm for our job was plain from the start, and we also check out the references he gave us. Your former customers helped us realize that we probably would do well with having Matco do the work with us, and we were not disappointed.

After the first plan was shown to us, we had the chance to sit down with you and John and discuss changes and upgrades that have enhanced our kitchen a lot. Your help in choosing the sink and faucet were also much appreciated.

Once the cabinets were delivered, a date was set for start. We are thankful and impressed that from tear out to completion was three weeks time, making any inconvenience tolerable. A special thanks to Joe and Josh who worked hard and explained any situations that necessitated any change.

Hope I didn't disturb you too much with phone calls. But I know you realize that one of us was much more enthusiastic about this job and tried to keep the other calm. So the few days that we waited for some of the work to be done, I called to get updates to keep the peace!

I know that, if I need anything in the future, I would not hesitate to call again and have no problems recommending you to others.

John McBride is a joy to work with!! He answered all our questions and checked to make sure the work was being done. Gary was also checking the progress of our work, and very friendly. We just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the outstanding job you and your folks did on our recent kitchen remodeling project. The finished project is truly above and beyond our expectations. From quote, to final walkthrough, we felt extremely confident that you were working with our best interests in mind. You came highly recommended to us, and we will certainly pass on our recommendations.

We truly believe that "remodeling" is quite different than a "new build"; after all, you're working in somebody's current home vs. their future home. Your folks certainly understood this, and were always conscious of doing everything they could to keep our "home" intact throughout the project. Looking back, we can't tell you how important this was.

You were here when you said you were going to be here, you did what you said you were going to do (and then some), and you finished when you said you were going to finish. In speaking with some of our friends who were not quite this fortunate with their contractors, it's extremely difficult to put a value on this. Whenever an issue came up, or we decided to make a change, you were always available to us, helped us work through the issue, and we always felt comfortable that it would be taken care of, quickly and correctly.
